Dodgers win five straight with one game remaining.

With a fifth straight win in Dalhousie Friday night the Dalhousie Dodgers clinched home field advantage in the first round of the playoffs. The win also moved Dalhousie into first place in the RCIBL standings with only one game to play in the regular season.

Kyle Parker picked up the win for the Dodger pitching four innings with Serge Lebel and Andrew Carter coming in for relief. Andrew Carter had a day at the plate going three for three with a Homerun. Mike Marcello and Kyle Parker also contributed multiple hits.

The Dodgers have one remaining home game left in the regular against Beresford. Beresford is also in action Wednesday night as they take on the Bathurst Red Sox at home. The game is significant as a Bathurst loss means Dalhousie clinches first place overall.
