Dodgers capture win number 15


With two games in two days the Dalhousie Dodgers were able to win both games this week, first defeating Beresford on the road 8-5 and then defeating Petit Rocher at home 5-2. For the Dodgers the two wins moves their record to a league best 15-2.

On Wednesday night Alex Winton threw for the Dodgers picking up the win in 8 innings, while Andrew Carter came in the ninth to pick up the save. Todd Parker and Randy Savoy each hit home runs for the Dodgers which helped lead the attack.

On Thursday night the Dodgers came out flying in the first inning collecting five runs which included a Todd Parker two run home run. Randy Savoy had another big game for the Home side as he collected multiple hits. Todd Parker also lead the team defensively as he pitched a complete game picking up the win.
