Dodgers suffer third loss of the year

On Tuesday night the Dalhousie Dodgers suffered their third loss of the year losing to the Petit-Rocher Braves by a score 2-1.With the Dodgers Having already clinched first overall the game was more significant for Petit-Rocher, as it keeps their chances for finishing second place alive.

For the Dodgers it was a combined pitching effort that saw Todd Parker, Stephen Thorne and Serge Lebel each pitch a pair of innings. Andrew Carter notched the only RBI in the game for the Dodgers.

In other league action the Atholville Cardinals and Beresford Aces are facing off, with the winner taking on the Dodgers in round one of the Play-offs. As it stands the Atholville currently has a 2-1 series lead.
